The LLA has a proven track record of providing educational opportunities to enhance skills, knowledge, and abilities of emerging Latino leaders like you. The LLA helps influence and initiate change that have a positive impact on the quality of life of Latinos in the state.

Develop and improve poise and confidence in leadership roles
Identify significant milestones of Latinos in U.S history
Apply proven techniques in public speaking
Build awareness of key community issues and concerns, relevant to the Latino community needs
Identify and apply leadership styles
Analysis of laws and principles that govern public service
Provide tours and workshop venues to enhance experiential learning

What is the Latino Leadership Alliance of New Jersey?
A 501(c3) organization established in 1999 to mobilize and empower Latino communities to obtain political, economic, and social equity and unify organizations and individuals in advocating for the rights of Latinos throughout the state of New Jersey.
LLANJ wants to work with all those possessing the will and plans to accomplish the immense task at hand. We look forward to dialogue and analysis with others to perfect this vision, and to put into motion the forces that will bring it about.

What is the Latino Leadership Academy?
The Latino Leadership Academy is a 10-month course to provide emerging leaders a comprehensive and empowering experience of topics and skills in public service. The course intends to enable participants to serve their community in a holistic manner.
