The mission of the LLANJ Culural committee  is to preserve, produce, present and celebrate the shared cultural heritage and values of Latinos throughout New Jersey. This will be accomplished by enhancing educational and  artistic opportunities and resources to artists, families, and the education community through the documentation, publication, and dissemination of information about the Latino Culture to the general public.

The accomplish our mission LLANJ is organizing and developing La Casa de la Educacion y Cultura Latina, Inc..  The Casa de la Educacion y Cultura Latina, Inc. will nurture and strengthen the diverse Latino communities by establishing a cultural center where a broader understanding of their many cultural expressions can be promoted. Partnership and collaborations will be established to provide cultural and artistic services, publications, programs, and educational forums.

1. Create a Statewide Conference and or Latino festival Rutgers in conference planning stages for September 2012
2. La Casa planning stages for Festival @ Nicholas Music Center for April 2012

6. The LLANJ cultural committee will  support the efforts of the Latino cultural organizations and efforts like :  Segunda Quimbamba Folkloric Center ,  Raices Cultural Center, Inc. ,  the Rutgers Center for Latino Arts and Culture.,  Plena Dulce of Newark  and the   Folklorick Heritage Cherry Hill NJ. We shall reach out and strengthen each others efforts to in order to achieve our common goal of preserving,  protecting and promoting the Latino culture. Our culture is  one of our greatest contribution to America.
